First Course

BACON-SPIKED PIMIENTO CHEESE: with pickled okra and crackers

CHARRED EGGPLANT PUREE: with grilled sourdough and balsamic molasses

SWEET POTATO VICHYSSOISE: with horseradish crème fraiche

BROILED CAESAR WEDGE: Sourdough croutons, Parmigiano, candied tomatoes, and creamy Caesar dressing

Second Course

PICKLED SHRIMP: with cornbread panzanella

SLICED HEIRLOOM TOMATO: with arugula salad, pickled onions, and sweet mustard dressing

FRIED OYSTERS: on creamy cole slaw with mustard BBQ sauce

HERB PESTO RUBBED FLATIRON: On grilled heirloom tomatoes, Creole roasted Yukons, bacon reduction, and spicy tomato marmalade

Third Course

BROILED, BLACKENED SWORDFISH: with fried redskin, heirloom, pickled green bean, and Vidalia salad, maple‐Tabasco vinaigrette, and remoulade sauce

PAN-ROASTED, BONE-IN PORK CHOP: with collard greens, black‐eye pea ragout, bourbon glaze and pickled peach compote

PAN-FRIED DEVILLED CRAB CAKE: with spinach, creamed corn, and ice‐box cucumber pickles

Fourth Course

LEMON GINGERSNAP TART: with passion fruit sauce, whip cream and berries

PEACH SHORTCAKE: with sweet cream biscuit and whip cream
