First Course


Fried Oysters with horseradish aioli and corn salad

Broiled Peaches with Gorgonzola dolce, candied bacon, pecan gremolata and arugula salad

Roasted Beet Salad with frisée, feta, Marcona almonds, broiled radicchio and citrus vinaigrette

Second Course


Braised Lamb sun-dried tomato, Vidalia onion, and spinach served over penne pasta with pecorino romano cheese and rosemary spiked natural reduction

Pan Roasted Mahi with creamy farro risotto, sautéed vegetable medley, herbed lobster and tomato broth, and cornbread gremolata

Broiled 8oz Flat Iron Steak with bacon mashed potatoes, broccolini, shiitake mushroom-Vidalia-and mustard green salad with red wine reduction sauce

Third Course


Lemon Gingersnap Tart with passion fruit sauce, whip cream, and fresh berries

Pecan-Chocolate Chip Bread Pudding with smoked maple bourbon pecan ice cream

Chess Pie with whip cream and rum-macerated apples
