Pan-Fried Quail on cauliflower, bell pepper, mushroom, broccolini sauté, and lemon-caper cream sauce


Second Course (Select One)

Pan-Seared Swordfish on cornbread Panzanella, basil pesto, and bacon jam

Fried Skate Wing on quinoa sauté with yellow squash, red onions, and spinach, tomato butter sauce, and tomatillo salsa

Broiled Blackened Chicken on roasted potato, asparagus, chorizo hash, roasted red pepper cream sauce, and grilled lemon


Third Course (Select One)

Bourbon Pecan Pie with caramel sauce, and whipped cream

White Chocolate-Banana Bread Pudding with pineapple-spiked rum hard sauce, and whipped cream
