    House Salad red wine poached pears, spiced pecans, creamy Gorgonzola vinaigrette.

    Melon Gazpacho mint-almond gremolata.

    Broiled Quail warm herbed couscous sauté, roasted red peppers, artichokes, roasted tomato vinaigrette, black pepper-goat cheese mousse.

    Second Course (Select One)

    Pork Tenderloin cornbread Panzanella, habanero Tabasco butter sauce, peach compote.

    Fried Deviled Crab Cakes Andouille spiked Cajun red rice, sautéed green beans, tartar sauce, and tomato salad.

    Pan-Seared Trout roasted red pepper grits, broccolini, Creole-tomato butter sauce, shrimp salad.

    Third Course (Select One)

    Peach and Berry Cobbler with Johnson’s vanilla ice cream.

    White Chocolate-Banana Bread Pudding with cream cheese icing and caramel sauce.

What is a “Prix Fixe menu?”

The definition of Prix Fixe derives form a French term for “fixed price.” Our Prix Fixe menu is a complete meal offered at a fixed price. We offer an ever changing Prix Fixe Menu every Monday and during the 614 & Dine Originals Restaurant Weeks.

Enjoy a special 3 course meal for only $30. Choose from 2 to 3 options for each course. Each week’s menu is unique and offer something different than previous weeks. This deal offers you the chance to try innovative, new dishes from Chef Tetzloff’s kitchen every week!

“Why does the menu get posted so late on Monday afternoon?”

The reason is simple. Chef selects the freshest ingredients possible each day from local providers and markets. Then, around 1pm the kitchen staff arrives to consult and prepare creations of the fresh, local ingredients. Chef and his team determine that night’s special Prix Fixe menu and notifies the front of the house for menu printing and posts to the website and social media. Menu is posted approximately 3:30pm each Monday afternoon.
